fresh haddock fillets or any white-fleshed fish (cook in 2 Seafood Steamer bags with Garlic-Parsley Butter Pucks according to package directions)
finely diced English cucumber
finely diced green apple
finely diced orange pepper
finely diced red onion
red chili pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
whole-wheat tortillas (7 in./18 cm), warmed
Cook fish according to Seafood Steamer bag directions.
Meanwhile, in bowl, mix cucumber, apple, pepper, onion, chili, lime juice, cilantro and salt. Let stand 5 min
Halve each fish fillet lengthwise. Place on side of each tortilla, top with salsa and fold over.
