Cucumber Roll with Hot Smoked Salmon with Cream Cheese and Dill

  1. 2 small seedless cucumbers, each thinly sliced lengthwise into 6 strips
  2. 1/4 cup (60 mL) Compliments Cream Cheese Spread
  3. 1/8 tsp (0.5 mL) pepper
  4. 12 (50 g) cubes original hot smoked salmon
  5. 12 small fresh dill sprigs
  6. 1 lemon, quartered


  1. Spread each cucumber length with cream cheese and season with pepper. Place one cube smoked salmon at one end of each cucumber length and roll it up, inserting a toothpick to hold each roll together. Garnish with dill and serve with lemon wedges.
