- Discard end of half cucumber. Thinly slice into lengthwise ribbons with vegetable peeler or mandoline slicer. Set aside.
- In pitcher, combine bottled juice and grated ginger.
- Divide cucumber ribbons and lime slices into 10 glasses. Divide juice mixture into glasses. Top with ice, ginger ale and carbonated water. Serve immediately.
Tip:
Spike with vodka for a cucumber variation on a Moscow mule cocktail.
For a spicier cocktail, substitute ginger ale with ginger beer.
