Ingredients

  • 1 whole-wheat bagel
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) spreadable cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) dried cranberries or raisins
  • 1 tsp ( 5 mL) honey
  • 8 thin slices apple

Method

  1. Toast bagel halves. Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix the cream cheese and dried cranberries or raisins. Spread mixture on bagel halves. Drizzle with honey. Top with apple slices. Serve open-faced.
