Cranberry Pistachio Tarts

Ingredients

  1. 1 box Compliments Tart Shells (12 shells)
  2. 1 pkg (130g) crumbled goat cheese
  3. 1/4 cup (60 mL) cranberry sauce
  4. 1/4 cup (60 mL) chopped pistachios

Method

  1. Bake shells according to package directions. 
  2. Place about 4 tsp (20 mL) crumbled goat cheese into each tart shell while still warm. 
  3. Top each with 1 tsp (5 mL) of cranberry sauce and 1 tsp (5 mL) chopped pistachios.
