Cranberry Barbecue Meatballs

  1. 1 pkg (600 g) Sensations by Compliments Sterling Silver® Chuck Beef Meatballs
  2. 1 can (348 mL) cranberry jelly
  3. 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) smoky barbecue sauce
  4. 1/4 cup (60 mL) maple syrup
  5. 1/4 tsp (1 mL) cayenne pepper, or to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place meatballs on parchment-lined baking sheet ; bake in oven 15 to 20 min., or until browned.
  2. Meanwhile, combine jelly, barbecue sauce, maple syrup and cayenne pepper in large saucepan set over medium-high heat; bring to a boil then reduce heat to medium. Stir in meatballs. Cover, stirring occasionally, another 8 to 10 min. until meatballs are tender.

• For easy entertaining, keep warm in slow cooker for serving.
• Garnish with finely chopped parsley, chives or green onion.
