- Stir together butter, jalapeño, honey, lime zest, cumin, salt and pepper until blended.
- Preheat grill to medium-high; grease grate well. Grill corn, turning occasionally, for 10 to 12 minutes per side or until lightly charred and tender.
- Brush butter mixture over hot corn; serve with lime wedges.
Tip: Garnish corn with 2 tbsp (30 mL) chopped fresh cilantro if desired. The butter is also delicious on grilled steak or fish.
