- Place cranberries, brown sugar, pears, apple juice, lime juice, mustard seeds, cinnamon, chili flakes and ginger in saucepan. Bring to a low simmer over medium heat. Gently simmer 25 to 30 min., until slightly thickened. Cool to room temperature. Store in airtight container in fridge up to 2 weeks.
Tip: This chutney is delicious with roast poultry, duck and pork. It can also be a zesty accompaniment on cheese boards.
