Ingredients

  • 250 mL frozen corn
  • 15 mL Greek salad dressing
  • 250 mL orzo (or other small pasta)
  • 250 mL extra fine green beans cut into 1-in. (2.5 cm) pieces
  • 30 mL crumbled feta
  • 125 mL finely diced red pepper
  • 10 mL finely chopped fresh Oregano leaves
  • 500 mL shredded BBQ Chicken

Method

  1. Stir in juice of half a lemon and Greek salad dressing. 
  2. Garnish with crumbled feta and finely chopped fresh Oregano leaves and serve.
  3. Cook orzo (or other small pasta) according to package directions.
  4. Transfer to a bowl and while still hot, add extra fine green beans cut into 1-in. (2.5 cm) pieces, frozen corn, shredded BBQ Chicken and finely diced red pepper. Toss to combine.
