Grilled Teriyaki Chicken with Apple-Pineapple Coleslaw

Ingredients

  1. 4 Compliments Balance Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  2. 3/4 cup Ginger and Sesame Teriyaki Marinade, divided
  1. 5 cups packaged coleslaw mix
  2. 1 medium red apple, cored & chopped (unpeeled)
  3. 1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
  4. 1/3 cup Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing

Method

  1. Brush both sides of chicken generously with 1/2 cup marinade and let sit 10 minutes. 
  2. Preheat gas grill on high or prepare coals.
  3. Meanwhile, make coleslaw by combining all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl.
  4. Grease grill rack. 
  5. Grill chicken (covered) 3-4 inches from coals for 5-8 minutes per side. 
  6. Remove to plates and brush chicken breast with remaining marinade. 
  7. Serve with coleslaw.
