Ingredients

  • 8 Compliments Balance Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs, trimmed
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 2 teaspoons dried red pepper chili flakes
  • 6 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 cup Sensations Extra Virgin 100% Olive Oil
  • 1/3 cup Compliments Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup Compliments Organic Mint
  • lemon wedges, to serve

Method

  1. Pre-heat a grill pan or barbecue over high heat.
  2. Place chicken, paprika,chili flakes, garlic, salt, olive oil and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl and toss to combine. 
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Thread the chicken onto skewers and grill or barbecue for 5-8 minutes or until cooked through. 
  5. Remove from grill, sprinkle with mint leaves and serve with lemon wedges.
