Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons Compliments Liquid Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Compliments Butter
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
  • salt
  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 5 cups Compliments Chicken Broth
  • hot, cooked couscous

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. In a small saucepan, combine honey, butter and ginger over medium heat. Stir often until simmering, 2-3 minutes.
  2. Arrange chicken in a single layer in a lightly greased baking dish. Spoon honey mixture over chicken. Season to taste with salt.
  3. Bake until meat is no longer pink in center (cut to test), about 20 minutes; baste with sauce occasionally during baking. 
  4. Serve chicken with couscous, spooning sauce over all.
