Ingredients

  • 1 cup (250 mL) strawberries, in ½ in. (12 mm) cubes
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) pitted peeled mango, in ½ in. (12 mm) cubes
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) halved grapes
  • 1 kiwi fruit, peeled and in ½ in. (12 mm) cubes
  • 2 cups (500 mL) sparkling wine
  • 6 sprigs mint, for garnish (optional)

Method

  1. In a medium bowl, toss together strawberries, mango, grapes and kiwi fruit until combined. Divide fruit mixture evenly among 6 champagne flutes or other tall decorative glasses. Top with sparkling wine; garnish with mint, if using.
