Cashew & Milk Chocolate Bites

  1. 10 oz (300 g) milk chocolate, coarsely chopped
  2. 2 cups (500 mL) roasted, unsalted cashews


  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside. Place chocolate in medium heatproof bowl; set over saucepan of simmering water. Melt chocolate; remove from heat. Mix in nuts.
  2. Drop tablespoonfuls of nut mixture onto lined baking sheet. Make 30 bites. Cool until chocolate is set before serving. (To store, stack pieces between layers of parchment in airtight container.)
