Chili Burgers with Pepper Jack Cheese

  1. 1 pound ground beef
  2. ¼ pound ground Italian sausage
  3. 3 tablespoons tomato-based chili sauce
  4. 4 slices Compliments Jalapeno Monterrey Jack Cheese
  5. salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat a grill to high heat. In a medium bowl, mix together the ground beef, Italian sausage, chili sauce, salt and pepper. 
  2. Form 4 patties.
  3. Grill patties for 5 minutes per side, or until well done. 
  4. Top with cheese to melt and serve on hamburger buns with your favourite toppings.
