Ingredients

  • 11/2 pounds 93% lean ground beef
  • 6 slices Compliments Regular Bacon, cooked
  • 1/3 cup crumbled bleu cheese
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 4–6 tomato slices
  • 1 bag Compliments Spring Mix
  • Sensations Balsamic Salad Dressing

Method

  1. Chop bacon into 1/2” pieces. 
  2. Place ground beef into a medium size bowl and add chopped bacon, bleu cheese and red onions. 
  3. Form flavoured ground beef into 4-6 patties. Season each side with salt and pepper. 
  4. Grillor sauté burgers until desired doneness.
  5. In a small bowl coat spring mix with dressing. 
  6. When burgers are finished cooking, serve on a Kaiser roll with a slice of tomato and dressed salad greens.
