Blueberry Tea Martini

  1. 3 Earl Grey tea bags
  2. 1/2 pint blueberries
  3. 1/2 cup (125 ml) orange liqueur
  4. 1/2 cup (125 ml) amaretto liqueur
  5. Ice, as needed


  1. Pour 2 cups (500 mL) boiling water over tea bags. Cover and steep 5 min. Discard tea bags. Cool tea completely. Meanwhile, thread blueberries onto 8 cocktail skewers. Freeze until firm.
  2. Mix cooled tea with orange and amaretto liqueurs. Shake in batches in cocktail shaker filled with ice. Strain into martini glasses and garnish with frozen blueberry skewers.
