Grand Slam Nachos

  1. 1 bag blue corn tortilla chips (300g)
  2. 2 Compliments German-Style Smoked Sausages, thinly sliced
  3. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  4. 3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  5. 1 tomato, diced
  6. 2 green onions, finely chopped
  7. 2 tbsp barbecue sauce


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lay half the tortilla chips on a parchment paper-lined large pizza pan or baking sheet. Arrange half the sausage, mozzarella cheese, feta cheese and tomato overtop. Add another layer of chips and remaining toppings.
  2. Bake 8 to 10 min. until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with green onion and drizzle with BBQ sauce to serve.

Tip: Serve with salsa, guacamole and sour cream.
