Bacon Cheeseburger Meatball Poppers

  1. 1 pkg (600 g) Sensations by Compliments Sterling Silver® Chuck Beef Meatballs
  2. 8 oz (250 g) Cheddar, such as Sensations 5-year-old Aged and Smoked
  3. Cheddar, cut into 1-in. (2.5 cm) squares, 1/4-in. (5-mm) thick
  4. 4 slices crispy bacon, each cut into 6 pieces
  5. 2 dill pickles, sliced into 24 rounds
  6. 12 cherry tomatoes, each halved
  7. ketchup, for serving
  8. mustard, for serving
  9. 24 cocktail skewers


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange meatballs in single layer on parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Bake 15 to 20 min., until browned and heated through. Remove from oven. On each skewer, thread a meatball, piece of cheese, piece of bacon, pickle slice, and a tomato half. Make 24 meatball poppers. Serve with ketchup and mustard for dipping.

• Add piece of lettuce or basil leaf to skewer.
• Place poppers under broiler to melt cheese.
