- Place mint leaves and sugar in a large pitcher or punch bowl and crush gently with a cocktail muddler or wooden spoon until slightly bruised. Add pineapple and strawberries. Stir in juice blend and refrigerate until needed.
- Just before serving, add mineral water and ice.
Tip!: For a spiced-up version, add 1/2 cup (125 mL) of vodka, light rum, Grand Marnier or tequila.
